This is a new webpage to advise external organisations and our residents about Hackney Homes’ continuing commitment and intention to become a 3 Star ALMO able to deliver both excellent and accessible services to London Borough of Hackney’s housing residents.

We are currently at the start of a new process to establish modern and potentially ground-breaking procurement arrangements which will affect the delivery of works from mid 2010 to all of the London Borough of Hackney’s housing stock. This new arrangement will deliver Decent Homes to all of our residents, and will be designed to achieve an overall increase in efficiencies in the management and delivery of capital projects, construction works and planned maintenance and to maximise value for money.
