What we monitor and why

Hackney Homes publishes performance data monthly. This data is used to monitor how we are performing and also to set future targets. To allow us to show how we are providing services to you, we need to measure what it is we are doing. Some of the key performance areas measured and monitored include:
  • Amount of rent collected every month
  • Time taken to carry out repairs
  • Resident satisfaction

Corporate Plans and Reports

The Strategic Plan sets out Hackney Homes' vision for the next five years (2008-2013). It looks beyond the basic services, to the wider contribution that Hackney Homes can make to the quality of life for residents in their homes and neighbourhoods.

Monthly Performance Digests 2010/11

The performance reporting periods are linked to our business planning process and our submission requirements to various governmental bodies. This requires us to report performance and financial information in financial years which begin in April and end the following March.
