Access to Service Form
Hackney Homes records personal information about tenants and leaseholders. Sometimes we like to check the information we have and update anything that has changed.
Why do we record this information?
We record this information to make sure our services meet your needs. By knowing more about you we can check that your needs are being met.
For example, we use the information to:
- Plan services to meet the needs of disabled residents in the future
- Supply an aids and adaptations service for disabled residents if they need their home modified
- Identify where youth clubs and youth services are most needed
- Establish which are the most common languages to ensure we have our documents translated in these languages
What information do we keep?
Hackney Homes keeps your information in the strictest confidence and the information you provide will not affect the outcome of applications or decisions on any housing service you might request or apply for.
The information we keep is your date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, whether you have a disability, if you do not speak English, your religion and whether you need any extra help when you meet with us.
