A reader panel is a group of residents who provide comments, ideas and suggestions about Hackney Homes's piblications, most particularly Hackney Homes News. They tell us what they like about Hackney Homes News and what they think could be improved as well as the kind of articles they would like to read.

The Reader Panel reviewed the January, February and March issues of Hackney Homes News.100% of respondents said they received all three newsletters in the post.

What we will do with the results
The suggestions about recycled paper will be taken on board and we are investigating this now.
Anti-social behaviour, drugs and community are by far the most popular topics and we will keep this in mind when producing the next newsletters. People enjoy photos and quotes from residents so we will make sure we aim to get more input from residents for some of our articles.
The suggestion to add more structure to the newsletter is also a good idea and we will consider this for future editions.
