Have your say and influence your housing services by joining the Hackney Housing Views Team today. The Housing Views team encompasses ALL the ways that you can get involved.
It is simple, you choose how you want to be involved and the issues you are interested in and you could win £100 vouchers every year just for taking part.

You will be able to:
- Speak up when housing services aren’t meeting your needs.
- Contribute your views on issues that are important to you and your community.
- Suggest ideas about the kind of services you’d like to receive.
- How will you contribute your views and suggestions?
- You can choose the services or issues you want to comment on.
- You can get involved in a variety of ways. You might want to take part in a survey, receive surveys by text, join a discussion group, reply to emails or attend a conference.
- There’s a lot more on offer than just meetings. We know that you might not want to attend a meeting, but still want to have your say.
We will ask you what you think about our housing services, what your priorities are for improvements, ask you how we can be more efficient, and find out what else can be done to make Hackney a great place to live.
It’s really up to you. If you only want to take part in email or telephone surveys, the time it takes is quite small. You might however, want to be more involved and come along to focus groups. You can also get involved every month, or just a couple of times a year. We can also assist with travel and childcare where it is appropriate.
