Service charges are paid by leaseholders and some freeholders to Hackney Homes for the shared services they access. This can include repairs, redecoration, cleaning and grounds maintenance.
The Service Charges Team deals with all enquiries concerning service charges that are payable by Leaseholders and some Freeholders.
All enquiries concerning service charges should be made to this Team. Enquiries regarding actual services to Estates should be made to the local Neighbourhood Office.
