Couldn't make the Leaseholders and Freeholders Open day?

 

If you didn't come to this, you missed a very enjoyable day on 17 Septembe 2011. Leaseholders came for a day of fun and enjoyment and to talk to staff about the services provided and to talk about the service charges received.

There were lots of prizes won on the day including carbon monoxide alarms and a brand new front door. Leaseholders who attended were pleased with the information provided.

Did you know...

Each year we hold a number of events for leaseholders and freeholders. We run events on major works, offer financial advice days and have events for specific sections of the community, such as those aged over 55. Our events are often attended by other organisations, giving leaseholders and freeholders the opportunity to get advice and support on everything from fire safety to anti-social behaviour.
