What you can do to report pests?

Report the pest problem to us as soon as you can. Hackney Homes tenants and leaseholders should contact the Housing Contact Centre on 020 8356 3691.

You should also follow the advice or instructions given to you by thePest Control Officer when they attend your home.

To limit the risk of pests and infestations:

Cover food or store in pest proof containers
Spillages should be promptly removed
Place rubbish in bins, making sure any rubbish that has fallen out is picked up.
