Rehousing Options for Secure Tenants
The Council tenants are being moved into refurbished homes on other parts of Woodberry Down until the new homes are complete. They will have the right to return to the new homes once they are ready. This will mean that only people in the first phase of the kick-start programme should have to move twice. Once the new flats have been built it is hoped that everyone else will be moved straight into them without a move beforehand.
