Urban Design Framework

The Urban Design Framework is a key document which is being used to guide the regeneration programme for Woodberry Down.

Residents from Woodberry Down had the opportunity to give their views in February/March 2005 on different options developed by the Architects that showed what Woodberry Down could look like once it is redeveloped with new road layout and three different approaches to locating taller buildings.

Their views and responses were used by the Architects and Council’s Planning Department to develop plans towards a Masterplan.
