You report will be reviewed and acknowledged within 1 working day - by email or phone - depending on the severity of the incident you may be contacted the same day.

If there is CCTV footage of the incident you will be sent confirmation it has been viewed within 3 working days - you may be asked to view a frame.

You will be given a 'Case Reference Number' and the name of the officer dealing with your case within 5 working days - you will also be advised of any action that will be taken and the next step.

NOTE: You can remain anonymous and still leave a mobile number or email address - so we can update you and ask further questions if needed. You should make a detailed record of any further incidents as soon as possible after the incident.
