Decent Homes Work Timetable
Decent Homes Programme is Hackney Homes’s biggest ever housing renewal project. It is improving thousands of homes to make sure every Hackney Homes property meets Decent Homes standard by 2012.
Planned Maintenance Programme is a separate programme of maintenance and replacement works aimed at keeping Hackney Homes properties Decent Homes standard.
Find out - what works are planned to your block
- You can search by address, post code or block reference number.
- The information displayed is only for guidance, the works will be carried out subject to survey. If your home is included in the programme you will be given more details nearer to the time.

- Enter Your address, post code or block reference number in the box provided

- A list of blocks or addresses will appear, select your block/address
- You can now veiw Decent Homes Programme and Planned Maintenance Programme planned to your block.
