Procurement 2010 onwards

Mulalley, Lakehouse and Mansell win £220M four-year framework contract with Hackney Homes
Following an intensive procurement process, Mulalley, Lakehouse and Mansell have been awarded the London Borough of Hackney and Hackney Homes' Decent Homes, capital works, planned works and maintenance contract under a four-year framework.
The innovative procurement process saw a number of residents involved in meeting potential constructors, investigating the bids submitted and being part of the decision making process.
Mulalley have also been appointed as the Lead Constructor, who will lead on forming a joint supply chain for use by all constructor partners. This will ensure value for money and consistency across all constructors.
The contract, based upon PPC2000 (amended 2008), is due to commence on site in October 2010.
