If you are involved in a possession proceeding brought on grounds of rental arrears, there are schemes available to help you.
County court housing advice and representation schemes aim to provide free, independent and confidential advice and representation to homeowners and tenants. These schemes are available if you have not previously obtained advice and/or are without legal representation
